Most ski
trails throughout New England were built long before the
onset of snowmaking. Back when it snowed and snowed and
snowed. These trails were rough, with large rock
outcroppings and multiple side hills. Times have changed.
Today with global warming, increased energy, labor, and
equipment costs, snowmaking and grooming budgets are
stretched to the limit. It's time to take a fresh look at an
old trail system. |

Royal Trail Works, Inc. has
the capacity to recontour entire trails or isolated problem
areas, while maintaining the steepness and character of that
trail. Small ledge outcroppings can be removed by a hydraulic
rock hammer rather than drilling and blasting. The RTW team can
help you lower that snowmaking budget year after year. |
